For Users in General

Furthermore, Go4foreigntrades.com reserves the right to terminate a user's account for any single infringement of the rights of others relating to the use of the Go4foreigntrades.com service or should Go4foreigntrades.com believe that the conduct of the user is harmful to the interests of Go4foreigntrades.com, its affiliates, or other users, or for any other reason, with or without cause, in Go4foreigntrades.com's sole discretion.

d) It is understood that the Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part or entire feature to the Site at any time and from any place, without any prior notice, and just by updating the same in the features list or Terms and Conditions with regard to the interest of the registered members, as in the recent new feature of Primary Number. The application of the same won’t require confirmation or consent of the members or users. No requests for alteration or modifications to the applicable changes will be entertained.

e) Go4foreigntrades.com displays and posts contents of third parties and users might find some of the content on the Site belonging to third parties. Go4foreigntrades.com doesn’t author this content which may be posted by anonymous users, registered users, or paid content providers. Neither Go4foreigntrades.com nor its employees/associates/officers/directors play a part of sales agency with a third party by the means of displaying their content on the Site. Go4foreigntrades.com shall not be held liable for the accuracy, lawfulness, authenticity or truthfulness of any of the Third-Party Content. Go4foreigntrades.com shall not be liable to any of the user regarding their reliance on third-party content. Similarly, Go4foreigntrades.com is not responsible for any User's conduct on the Site and shall not be liable to any person in connection with any damage suffered by that individual.

Note:

The enquiries shall automatically be discarded/removed from the folder after 365 days starting from the receiving date.

Registered Users/Clients

a. Every registered user has to go through a preliminary process of filling an online registration form (information including but not limited to name, address, contact and fax number, residential address, email address, details of its business) and establish an account with Go4foreigntrades.com (to become a registered User). Every registered user is assigned an alias (Unique Username/User ID), password, and login access to their account.

b. As a registered user, the person consents to the inclusion of their personal information in our global manufacturer/buyer/seller database and authorizes Go4foreigntrades.com to share the same with other users if required.

c. In case the Registered User is a business entity, you agree, represent, and warrant:

• (a) that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement;
• (b) that the address you use when registering is the principal place of business of that entity;
• (c) that all other information you provide to Go4foreigntrades.com during the registration process is true, current, accurate, and complete. For this clause, neither a branch nor representative office shall be considered as a separate entity and the principal place of business will be considered as the head office.

d. Go4foreigntrades.com can allot an email account to its users with limited cloud space to receive and send e-mails. The users shall be solely responsible for the content of all the mails and communications and subsequent consequences. Under no circumstances, Go4foreigntrades.com shall be held liable for the defamatory/harassing/spam contents in the emails exchanged.

e. If the user decides to terminate his/her association with Go4foreigntrades.com, he/she can delete/remove the account by completing the delisting procedure via the ‘Remove Account’ option in ‘My Folder.’

f. Go4foreigntrades.com upholds the right to deny/refuse membership services/email account/user ID/password to any user without disclosing the reason.

g. Every registered user hereby grants Go4foreigntrades.com the right to use his/her copyrights if required or in case of leads posted by other users.

h. Once a person becomes a registered user at Go4foreigntrades.com, he/she is no longer anonymous to Go4foreigntrades.com and hereby authorizes Go4foreigntrades.com the right to display and publish requisite and desired information from, including but not limited, to the user’s business brochures, website, catalogues, listings, business directory, trade leads, any printed material, etc.

i. Go4foreigntrades.com is the exclusive governor of the URLs provided to the users by Go4foreigntrades.com and the URLs can be changed, deleted, or edited before any prior notice. Go4foreigntrades.com can’t be held liable for any indirect damages, if any, caused by these modifications.

j. Go4foreigntrades.com extends Primary Number services to the subscribed/paid users to improve their experience at Go4foreigntrades.com and to make sure that they don’t miss out on potential customers. If a user misses our call regarding business leads, then they authorize Go4foreigntrades.com to reach out to the individual behind the lead. This is done to ensure that our subscribed users don’t miss out on leads. Go4foreigntrades.com also facilitates these support services for regular but unsubscribed visitors/users.

k. As a Registered User, you consent to your information being listed, displayed, and used by all divisions, sister companies/ventures of Go4foreigntrades.com, and being listed and displayed on other portals and websites including Third Party Service Providers and Search Engines for the purpose of marketing your online business.

l. A registered user shall not sell, offer to sell, attempt to sell, give, assign, or otherwise provide a third party with an Account, User ID, password, etc. without prior written approval from Go4foreigntrades.com. Go4foreigntrades.com upholds the right to terminate the Account of both the individuals on buyer and seller ends in the event of sale, gift, transfer, or assignment of the aforementioned elements.

m. Go4foreigntrades.com may terminate/suspend a registered user’s account/email account with us anytime with prior notice providing no less than 24 hours to the registered user. Provided, the notice is not required if:

• i. Go4foreigntrades.com has reasonable justification to prove that the information provided to Go4foreigntrades.com is untrue and not up-to-date
• ii. Go4foreigntrades.com suspects that the user’s actions might cause a legal liability/financial loss to either the user themselves, other users, or Go4foreigntrades.com or its associates.
• iii. There is any violation of the provisions of this agreement by the registered user.

n. The registered users cannot use the email account provided by Go4foreigntrades.com to exchange material / information that is deemed to be abusive / unlawful / harassing / libellous / vulgar/ threatening / harmful / obscene / otherwise objectionable material of any nature. Also, they cannot use the email account for junk mail, spamming, and chain letters. In addition, the Registered User shall not use the Email Account for the purpose of publishing, distributing, transmitting, or circulating unsolicited advertising or promotional messages, or content that is obscene, indecent, seditious, defamatory, threatening, or that incites or results in the causes or consequences of racial hatred, discrimination, threats, or breach of confidence.

Terms for Posting Information on Go4foreigntrades.com

a) Only registered users of Go4foreigntrades.com may post information on the site. Registered users can utilize self-help submission and editing tools provided for posting content.

b) Go4foreigntrades.com does not permit registration or transactions from users or members who are directly or indirectly affiliated with sanctioned territories or countries (e.g., Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Crimea, Sevastopol, Syria), as per UN, UK, USA, EU, or other regulatory sanctions.

c) Users agree that information posted on the site may lead to business inquiries (via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails, etc.) from buyers and sellers, relevant or irrelevant to their business. Go4foreigntrades.com does not control or intervene in such communications and assumes no responsibility for related issues.

d) Posting information does not create a sales agency relationship between the user and any entity associated with Go4foreigntrades.com. Users agree to indemnify the platform and its affiliates against any loss, fraud, or defamation arising from their posted content.

e) By using the site, users warrant and agree:

• To provide accurate, current, and truthful information.
• To periodically update and maintain said information.
• To grant Go4foreigntrades.com a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and publish the content provided, including content from brochures, websites, catalogues, and other formats.

h) For users subscribed to paid services, lead distribution is complimentary and subject to availability. Go4foreigntrades.com cannot guarantee the quality, relevance, or quantity of such leads.

i) Where third-party services (e.g., payment gateways) are integrated, Go4foreigntrades.com's role is limited to integration. All support or issues must be resolved directly with the third-party provider.

j) Go4foreigntrades.com serves solely as a platform for displaying pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. It is not involved in transactions or verification of content. Sellers bear full responsibility for compliance with Indian laws, licensing, and accuracy. Schedule X drugs are prohibited. The site reserves the right to remove offending content and suspend users.

k) Go4foreigntrades.com is not liable for actual business materialization. Users undertake all transactions independently and at their own risk.

If You Are Unable to Access the Site

In cases involving defects in goods, services, or data provided by users or third parties; or where Third Party Rights are allegedly violated by users, Go4foreigntrades.com shall not be held liable. Users and claimants are responsible for managing disputes or legal claims independently.

Intellectual Property and Violation

All logos, marks, and trademarks on Go4foreigntrades.com are the property of the company or used under license. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action under Indian law.

Website Designing Services

Website designing, as part of membership services, is managed exclusively by Go4foreigntrades.com. Technical issues are not grounds for legal action. FTP and technical details remain confidential and non-transferable.

Notifications Regarding Website Designing

Users will be contacted via email or call for required materials. Failure to respond, even after reminders, will result in termination of the website design service. Reactivation will incur additional charges.

Website Development Process

Go4foreigntrades.com ensures an interactive development approach, requiring written approvals at each step. Unresponsive users will receive reminders, and later changes will be chargeable.

Website Hosting

After development, a temporary link will be provided. If no response is received within 5 days, it will be considered approved, and the site will be hosted. Any exception will be granted only upon formal request and is subject to approval.

Modification Charges

Note: Once Go4foreigntrades.com approves a request, any changes or modifications will be charged separately.

Refund Regarding Buy Leads

A refund request for 'Buy leads' based on non-contactable contact information must be submitted within five days of purchase. Refunds will not be granted beyond this period.

No refunds will be provided for leads that have been either canceled or fulfilled, as such matters are beyond the control of Go4foreigntrades.com, which does not monitor deal closures, transactions, or user preferences.

Refunds under this policy will not exceed 25% of the assigned lead quota. Refund requests can be made directly through the member folder, but once this limit is reached, the refund option will no longer be available, regardless of the reason.

Payment and Refund

Membership/Subscription Fee

All payments to Go4foreigntrades.com must be made in favor of Webwise Wizards only. A 100% advance payment is required to avail uninterrupted paid services.

No individual or organization is authorized to collect payments on behalf of Go4foreigntrades.com. Payments made to unauthorized persons or through personal PayPal or Western Union accounts will not be accepted. Go4foreigntrades.com is not liable for any losses resulting from such unauthorized payments. Please contact us immediately if approached by any fraudulent individuals or entities.

Subscription fees are payable on demand, even if previously agreed otherwise. If user objections are found valid, only the excess amount will be refunded without interest. Late payments will lead to termination of the membership agreement.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable. No refund claims will be entertained. Go4foreigntrades.com does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or timeliness of user-posted content. Services are offered on a best-effort basis.

Refund for Fraudulent Transactions

The user is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account and transactions conducted via 'My Folder'. Go4foreigntrades.com will not be held liable for misuse of credit/debit cards or other payment instruments, whether online or offline.

Refund for Preference Change or Process Delays

Go4foreigntrades.com follows an interactive process, and user approval is sought prior to any transaction. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. No refunds will be provided due to change of preference or delays resulting from user inactivity.

Termination of Services

Go4foreigntrades.com reserves the right to partially or completely terminate a user's access to features or panels at any time without prior notice.

Termination or suspension may occur under the following circumstances:

• Violation of intellectual property rights.
• Breach of any agreement provisions.
• Posting irrelevant or spam content.
• Engagement in unethical or dishonest practices.
• Unauthorized access to other user accounts.
• Unauthorized access or control of the platform’s systems or network.
• Fraudulent use or misuse of services, or involvement in prohibited activities.
• Causing financial loss or legal issues for Go4foreigntrades.com or its users.
• Providing false, outdated, or impersonated information.

Terminated users will lose access to all services (free and paid) and may not re-register unless officially approved in writing. No membership or subscription fee refunds will be provided upon termination. Go4foreigntrades.com is not responsible for any damages caused by such termination.

Legal Disputes and Jurisdiction

All legal matters concerning Go4foreigntrades.com will be governed by the laws applicable in New Delhi. Legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts exclusively.

Governing Ordinance and Jurisdiction

This agreement and any disputes related to the use of Go4foreigntrades.com shall be governed by Indian law. Both users and the company submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi. This agreement, accepted upon use of the site and confirmed upon membership, constitutes the full understanding between the user and Go4foreigntrades.com. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
